  • Developed a grinding and molding process for bi-polymer production waste which has been diverting hundreds of thousands of pounds from landfill into retail consumer products.
  • 1990’s
    • Eliminated solvent top-coats converting to 100% aqueous materials
    • Reduced knitting machines diameter eliminating hundreds of thousands of pounds.
  • 2000’s
    • Capital investment in coloration process eliminating hundreds of thousands of pounds of polymer waste.
    • Established our holistic environment footprint across seven key areas establishing a plan for continuous improvement.
    • Worked with fibre suppliers to alter product thereby reducing VOC emissions by 15%.
